Using FUKOKU’s proprietary vacuum pressure technology, the lifting devices are safe and durable during operation.

1. OPERATING PRINCIPLE

First, the vacuum pressure is supplied to the main device from the vacuum pressure generator through an electric vacuum pump.

2. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

Used in steel plate processing factories, steel plate retail workshops, and non-ferrous metal manufacturing plants to lift and lower workpieces for processing.

3. LIFTING CAPACITY

Can lift and lower objects weighing from 80-12000 kg depending on the model used. The optimal design based on FUKOKU’s proprietary technology will help minimize vacuum valves and the device’s body durability can be up to 10 years.

4.1 DVD M (FIXED PLATE):

Convenient for transportation without misalignment. The device is commonly used in steel mills to lift plates for plasma or laser cutting machines.

4.2 DVD M SERIES

Lifting devices with medium lifting weight from 1.0 to 2.5 tons.

4.3 DVD LARGE SERIES FOR LARGE STEEL PLATES

Can lift plates evenly, commonly used to feed plates into plasma or laser cutting processes, with lifting weight from 2 tons to 12 tons.

These are special vacuum lifting devices such as battery-powered, with detachable suction funnel and pump.
