VACUUM LIFTING EQUIPMENT WITHOUT POWER JVD SERIES

Using FUKOKU’s patented vacuum pressure technology, this equipment provides safe and durable lifting and lowering during operation.

1. OPERATING PRINCIPLE

First, vacuum pressure is supplied to the main unit from the vacuum pressure generator (or vacuum pressure supply unit) located on the body of the equipment. By hooking the body of the equipment to a crane hook and lifting it, it will generate vacuum pressure to lift and lower goods.

2. USAGE ENVIRONMENT

Used in steel plate processing plants, steel plate retail shops, non-ferrous metal manufacturing plants to lift and lower workpieces for processing.

3. LIFTING CAPACITY

Can lift and lower objects weighing from 80-3500 kg depending on the model used. Optimized design based on FUKOKU’s patented technology minimizes vacuum valves and provides a body durability of up to 10 years.

4.1 JVD S type:

Convenient for transportation without slippage. Often used in aluminum plants, precision machining shops or laser cutting machines to lift parts after cutting.

4.2 JVD M type (multi-size plate)

With two or more suction cups arranged in two rows, one or more suction cups per row, suitable for lifting steel plates requiring no slippage during lifting and lowering.

4.3 JVD CONSTANT STEEL PLATE (fixed length plate)

Can lift plates evenly, often used to lift plates into plasma or laser cutting processes.
