1. OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Initially, vacuum pressure is supplied to the main device from the vacuum pressure generator (also known as the vacuum pressure supply device) located on the body of the device. With a single supply of vacuum pressure, the lifting and lowering process can be repeated multiple times. It is not necessary to connect the pneumatic head to the body of the device. After generating sufficient pressure with the vacuum pressure generator, workers can disconnect and proceed with operation.

2. USAGE ENVIRONMENT

Used in plate steel machining factories to lift and lower parts after laser, plasma cutting. Moves objects in cramped factory spaces, small to medium-sized material sheets.

3. LIFTING CAPACITY

Can lift weights ranging from 50-2000 kg depending on the model used. The design is optimized based on FUKOKU’s proprietary technology, which minimizes the need for vacuum pressure valves and increases the durability of the device body up to 10 years
