The One Torch Fillet welding carriage series is KOWELD’s most basic and popular solution, specializing in processing fillet welds on flat surfaces with high precision. The free-moving system adheres closely to the workpiece surface thanks to magnetic suction force, eliminating the need for complex guide rail installation, helping to optimize preparation time and improve construction productivity.

CS-71 / CS-B71 Ideal for standard fillet welding. Ultra-light weight (5.5kg – 5.9kg). Magnetic grip force 32kg. Torch adjustment up/down 45° ± 10°, forward/backward 40mm.

2. TWO TORCHES FILLET WELDING CARRIAGE SERIES
A breakthrough solution dedicated to processing steel beams (I-beams, T-beams) or shipbuilding bulkheads. By equipping an Extension Arm system, the welding carriage clamps 2 torches simultaneously running parallel on both sides of a vertical wall, completing both fillet welds in a single pass. Increases productivity and eliminates natural deformation stress.

3. WALL TRAVELING WELDING CARRIAGE SERIES
“Solution for Narrow Floor Spaces & Narrow Welding Angles”
True to the “Wall Traveling” principle, this welding carriage series applies a magnetic wheel system to firmly suck and rest directly on the vertical wall panel (web of T, I, L beams) instead of being placed on the floor. The carriage crawls horizontally along the wall, with the welding torch pointing downwards into the fillet groove. This is the solution when the operating floor is too narrow, has many obstacles, or is made of non-magnetic material (aluminum, stainless steel).

4. RAILLESS WEAVING WELDING CARRIAGE SERIES
