1. HIGH COST-EFFECTIVENESS

The unique structure of ULTIMA-TIG helps reduce waste of expensive Tungsten electrodes and decreases grinding time, leading to a shorter payback period. The adjustable angle change and unique clamping system focus on the electrode. Thus, grinding is performed in the precise vertical direction of the electrode. An accurate angle is not only crucial for the quality of the weld seam; it also increases the number of re-ignitions between grinding.

1.1 Wet Grinding

The combination of cooling liquid and high-speed diamond disc grinding results in a polished and consistent surface of the Tungsten electrode. Additionally, wet grinding helps shorten grinding time and prevents the electrodes from overheating and damage.

1.2 Simple Operation

Set the angle change setting at the desired angle. Place the electrode in the electrode holder and tighten it in the rod out. Install the electrode holder, turn on the grinder, and rotate the electrode holder until grinding is complete. After grinding, flatten the tip by setting the angle adjustment at 90 degrees, if necessary.

2. MAIN FEATURES OF ULTIMA-TIG

  • Enclosed grinding chamber with dust collector to protect the user.
  • Adjustable angle setting for greater flexibility.
  • Wet grinding prevents overheating of the electrode during grinding.
  • High grinding speed for faster smoothing and even surfaces.
  • Electrode holder ensures the centring of the tip and reduces costs.
  • Less electrode waste leads to a shorter payback period.
