System Features
Computer-controlled system with graphical interface, quick conversion, and easy operation. With two 80GB hard drives allowing simultaneous file recording and copying. The backup system can be immediately started when the main system encounters an error, without waiting for repairs. With 52X CD-ROM drives, the system can quickly repair and recover. The 17″ LCD screen with 1280 x 1024 resolution provides large and clear images.
The machine’s sound effects and speakers are ready to alarm or warn when unusual phenomena occur. Computer/Monitor/Peripherals are popular types and can be easily replaced. High-speed PCI interface is used for servers and I/O. This is the latest and most popular industry-standard interface.
3D pipe models can be displayed immediately with 3D preview functions and Y.B.C design for input data. Accurate 3D pipe models can be displayed immediately upon data input. Any mistakes can be immediately found and repaired. There are no limits to Y.B.C bending operations. With the unique bending function, layers can be freely set for the bending process. When entering operation parameters and YBC data, it has self-correcting and warning functions to avoid incorrect data entry, protecting machine safety.
Data can be stored on a floppy disk or USB, HDD… It can be done at the office and brought to different work locations for bending workpiece data input or storage.
With just a 52X CD-RW drive (optional) or a 256 USB, data can be completely stored.
System Functions
Flexible pipe processing setup. After setting the input and output signals of the motion position, the feeding/bending rejection/corner mode can be changed, and interruption points can be prevented. Rotation angles can be set to avoid pipe damage during bending.
The pipe clamping time during bending can be set to prevent the pipe from slipping during bending. When opening old files, the 3D pipe model and related tool information can be previewed immediately. Files are stored in categories for easy and quick searching.
The screen has a code protection function to prevent files from being modified by others. 5 simultaneous operation processes remind of operation speeds and avoid errors during pipe bending.
The manual controller accurately and quickly sets absolute and relative motion positions. Working parameters can be set and stored separately and will not be mixed or conflicted with other pipes. The 3D pipe model can be displayed immediately while entering YBC data, and mistakes can be immediately found and repaired.
In semi-automatic/automatic mode, the 3D pipe model can be displayed immediately to simulate the pipe bending process. There is a system to count the number of pipes and a pipe countdown function.
The working level can be set to accommodate large-angle pipes. The Feeding Aus function can help bend pipes accurately, avoiding deformation or deviation. Pipes can be set to enter/exit positions to prevent pipe surfaces from being scratched. The bending function for round/non-round pipes can be set.
The foot pedal can be set to 0/1/2 times to adjust the pipe clamp for accuracy. In automatic mode, each time bending is completed, data will be displayed.
